Prayer of Salvation
The decision to make Jesus the Lord and Savior of your life is the best and most important decision you will ever make. Because of God’s deep love for us, he sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to die in our place and rescue us from our sins. Because of His great sacrifice we now can be saved and receive eternal life through Christ!
Receiving Jesus Christ into your life is as simple as believing. All you have to do is confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord.
You can begin your new life in Christ by simply saying this prayer: “Father God, I need You in my life. I acknowledge that I have sinned, and I ask You for forgiveness. I believe You are the Son of God, and that You rose from the dead and are alive today. I open up the doors of my heart and receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for saving me and giving me eternal life. Please take control of my life and make me the person You created me to be. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

New Life In Christ
Now that you have made the most important decision of your life, it’s important to acknowledge that some things must change! 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” Change is necessary if you want to keep your life on track with Christ. In fact, if you were honest with yourself, you would probably say that you wanted to make these changes all along, but were unable to do so without God’s help. Let us share four important points as you embrace this exciting new life!

Join a Church
Every Christian needs to join a good bible teaching church. There you will receive nurturing and guidance, and learn practical ways to develop your relationship with God on a daily basis.

Fellowship
Surround yourself with other believers and friends that will encourage you on this new journey of faith. They should be an asset to your life and not a liability.

Get Active
Get involved in ministry. God has gifted you with many talents and abilities for use in His Kingdom. If you sing, join the choir. Love to serve and help others? Maybe a community service ministry is for you.

Tell Somebody
Now that you’ve been changed, share your testimony about your new life in Christ with others. God saved you so that you can be a witness for Him. Invite someone to church. Tell them how God set you free. Make today a day of new beginnings in your life, and don’t look back! Take confidence in knowing that God has forgiven you, forgotten your past mistakes and has granted you full access to His everlasting love and abundant life. Now isn’t that great news? A new life in Christ brings love, joy, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose for living. Challenge yourself today to stay committed as you celebrate the benefits of your new life in Christ!
